MYDA now provides Community Outreach Grants to fund events that unite T1D families in a fun way.

 

We will even do the marketing and email families to inform them about your event!

Thank you so much for your interest in connecting other youth and families living with Type 1 diabetes in your community. Please complete this form completely with as much information as possible. This will then be reviewed by the Community Outreach Committee and we will be in contact.


Please allow at least 2 weeks prior to the event for review.

Please note once this is completed and reviewed by the committee, additional information will be required. Any events MYDA assist with will require all attendees to fill out a wavier form. Please do NOT promote your event, once approved we will get ahold of you to create all marketing material to assist in attendance.
